Room smelled strongly of cologne and weed (in the bathroom). Was running late when I checked in so didn't instantly ask for new room. Later, when I came back to the hotel, asked to be moved at the front desk but the person claimed every room was booked (zero chance). Was woken up at 10:30pm by child running around wildly in front of elevators. By 11:00, this turned into the parents (who were in the room next to me) having a domestic disturbance. They screamed the "F" word at each other for a good 30 minutes. Finally all three just left the hotel at 11:15pm at night and I never heard another noise. They may have been living there? I called the manager during this time and no one answered. Asked about it at the front desk the next day (when I checked out no one asked how my stay went) and they said "yes, someone called" and offered no recourse. The property is very very dated. The parking garage has no elevator so you may have to drag your bags up/down 7 floors of stairs. The lobby is not accessible. I highly recommend staying at one of the many other properties in the area.

The hotel was clean and the employees were extremely helpful and polite. I work in the hotel industry and everyone was exceptional. We checked in at like 1:30 in the morning an the front desk was very polite and helpful. The airlines lost our luggage and the front desk agent gave us tooth brushes and toothpaste and toiletries.

We booked very last minute after our flight was cancelled during the global outage. We reserved a room with a king bed and were upgraded to a suite without asking! Definitely softened the mood we were in from a cancelled flight. Staff was very friendly and in a continent area to local attractions.
