The room key did not work, it took some time for the situation to be remedied finally. Staff are friendly but seems that some maintenance items might be amiss such as batteries for the electronic doors. Mine was not the only room with a problem.

Good stopover hotel
Perfect spot for an over night stay between flights there is stuff to walk to locally for food and shopping needs and we also caught the train into Seattle with help from the hotel shuttle. We did struggle to get the shuttle to collect us from the airport as nobody answered the phone so did cost us an Uber but shuttle is easy enough to get once you are at the hotel so did drop us back at the airport the next day.

The property was nice, we found out when we were preparing for bed that the sofa bed was broken. There was a note inside the sofa bed, but evidently no note in the computer. The Hotel was sold out, so they brought us a rollaway. The staff was very nice and very quick. I would definitely stay again.

OVER PRICED for the worn out everything!!!!
Loud lobby!!! Chaotic! Pool room smelled of black mold!! Not enough staff for amount of people to work front desk and breakfast! Staff was great for being overwhelmed! The cost of this place is ridiculous for it’s worn out, tired rooms.

Not at all worth it for the price. Maybe for $150/ night but not for the $330 I paid!! Two of the elevators didn’t work- no one at the front desk even mentioned. No guests could get anywhere! And walking through the service stairs and kitchen was kind of gross. The chairs in the lobby needed to be replaced. I had to pay for parking which wasn’t in the description. $22/night is just silly for where the hotel is.

Nice staff, rundown hotel
We were a little disappointed by the freezing cold pool! We picked a hotel specifically so our toddlers could go swimming and it was so cold only one went in! We also had ants in our room which was not pleasant. This hotel seems to be lacking staff and it’s apparent by the long breakfast lines and the messy parking lots. We used to stay here regularly years ago but will not be coming back.

This hotel was ok. The layout was cool and interesting. The staff that greeted us was very kind, bar staff was friendly, and so was the breakfast staff (plus the food was pretty good). However, our room was very warm and stuffy, something was wrong with the phone and it continued to beep so we had to unplug it (oops) and in the morning there was an ant crawling on me in bed. I was happy it was one ant but I had a hard time falling back to sleep after that. The phone wasn’t a big deal. But the heat and the ant was pretty uncomfortable. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
