I thought it was a good price for what I paid. The only negative was that there were tiny little ants in my room. I informed the front desk staff and hopefully they’ll fumigate. But the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and parking was plentiful.

The complimentary breakfast offered is well above average. Something for everyone. Nice ambience and, of coarse, an extroverted Canadian that welcomed people with a bright and erudite "good morning". Reasonably priced and clean. Would be nice to have a patio area outside to sit and relax. Alan G.

I thought this was an excellent propety to stay. I was in Seattle for one night and was looking for basic accommodations and this hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. I read reviews where people complained about the TV being old and the hotel was dated. If a modern TV is important, then choose to stay somewhere else. Its a 2-star hotel and that's what you get. Breakfast is cereal, fruits and yogurt. There's waffles and scrambled eggs too but i didn't have any of those. Coffee is in the lobby all day. The man who checked us in was kind and patient. He had a difficult customer before us and was diplomatic and didn't lose his cool. The only complaint I have (and it's minor) is that the jacuzzi jets for the hot tub did not work. It was heated and the pool was nice. These are outdoors so obviously weather dependent. I will stay here again when I'm in Seattle and looking for something no frills but nice. I can tell you i have spent more on hotels in the past and they were dumps. This place is good. As a bonus, if you like Chick-Fil-A, there's one next door, just a short walk though the parking lot.

Parking spaces are tight. Not enough space for getting out if a SUV without moving side mirrors and getting dirty from the vehicle beside you. Everything else was great.

The pool and hottub were a nice surprise. But the rooms are extremely outdated. There is mold on the bottom floor. It was seeping from the mattress on to the sheets. The room smelled terrible. Everything in the room was wet. The walls, the bed, the floor, the table. I didnt like that a manager (housekeeping or front desk, im not sure) knocked on the door even with a privacy sign. They could have called or left a note. They had a question but im not even sure what she asked. Housekeeping is great and i dont want to say this is their fault but the walls were peeling, the walls had food stains. But they did have fresh towels, sheets and bedding in the room and they helped me with my bags on the way out. They were extremely kind. This place needs an extreme makeover. I couldve stayed somewhere cheaper for better quality. It was the mold and bed that i was really disappointed with. And the hair dryer did not work. I stayed 4 days. I should have switched rooms but it was a hassle becquse i had so much stuff with me so i dealt with it. Do not stay in room 117 and try to stay away from the bottom floor. There is mold and ants. Its none of the workers fault, and more so whoever owns the place.
