Summary:
This is a late 1800's Victorian home - we have kept some of the original features, such as the doors/trim, hardwood floors and some fixtures. It has been updated/renovated to adjust to the times, giving you everything you need to call this space home!

The Space:

Guest Access:
PARKING IS EASY! Just pull right up in front of the house and park. Be sure to check the street signs for information on which side of the street to park on for which night as there are street sweepers.

There is a comfortable and private backyard area with table and chairs.

The Neighborhood:
Just a few blocks away from Forsyth park - about a 2 minute walk. Great coffee/breakfast spots right there at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
Aside from being only blocks away from the historically famous Forsyth Park, you can make it downtown near Broughton St./City Market in about 15 minutes walking. Typically less than a $5 Uber ride.

We have a 2 dog maximum, no cats. The one-time pet fee for one dog is $100, and $150 for 2.

We were in Savannah for two nights on our way to Florida. This location was perfect for us. Close to Forsyth Park and historic district. House was clean and beds were awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Quant little place for parent’s weekend
Myself , my husband and my daughter and her husband stayed in this small, but adorable place. Well equipped for a weekend visit to Savannah and for family weekend at Georgia Southern. The location was the best part. It’s centrally located to all that Savannah had to offer and in a good neighborhood .

Awesome property, great hosts, wonderful location. Clean and well put together place, easy checkin and stay and great communication from the hosts, really terrific little house with a nice small fenced in patio/yard. Highly recommend checking this out.

A perfect getaway!
Such a quaint place to stay! Very clean and all the ammenities you could ask for. My friend likes to sleep with a fan but forgot to bring it, but they had several fans to choose from. The owners were quick to resond to any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

Plenty of bang for the buck!
The owners were very communicative and made the entire process a breeze to check in. The cute little duplex is situated in the heart of Savannah's historic distance with easy access to everything Savannah has to offer visitors. If you need to go grocery shopping while you're there, just stroll down the street a couple of blocks and get what you need. You'll be approximately a mile from the river area and very close to Forsyth park, so book this adorable get away now and go Wander!

This was a cute little place an easy walk to the park. Super clean and cozy. The entrance to the backyard is through the bathroom which was a little odd but definitely not a deal breaker. I enjoyed some time in the back yard which is very private and fenced in so my pup was safe to play out there. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a sweet place!
What an amazing stay. I am not especially familiar with Savannah and didn’t realize what an ideal spot this was until we got there and checked out the surrounding area. Walkable to SO many places!! Forsyth Park is amazing. We had a fabulous time on the back patio in the evenings. The high ceilings make the house seem very spacious! Beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was top-notch. Could not have asked for anything better! Will be back.

Close to parks and shopping. Off-street, designated parking. The patio space is lovely for evening drinks. Visit the Cuban Window around the block for some great food. Kroger within walking distance.

Wonderful, everything was perfect, comfortable, cozy with every extra included. I can’t say enough about how great of a stay this was. Clean, spacious, great shower pressure, beds were so comfortable, kitchen lacked nothing. Walkability perfect, grocery store 2 blocks away, yet quiet, safe neighborhood. Top Notch. I will be back. Charming Little Cottage!
This space is absolutely perfect for your stay in Savannah! Small, yet roomy enough for anyone sharing the place. Oh, and both beds are some of the comfiest we have ever slept on! Chase is wonderfully attentive as a hot and will check in with on your trip. 11/10 will stay here any time I am in Savannah!

Oh my, our accommodations were wonderful. Quantity old duplex with our own private courtyard, not overlooked by anyone. Great bed, big kitchen, I'm a cook, so loved it. Just a block from our beloved Forsyth Park and through it to the downtown and waterfront. We'll do this place again.

Beware of Dog
Lovely property and well located. Super clean - except that it had fleas. I was bitten to pieces. The property accepts dogs so I can't really blame the property owner for the fleas. I am a dog lover (traveled w/o mine) but if your dog has ever had fleas you know it it too late by the time you see them. I am sure the cleaning team didn't see them. I wouldn't be afraid to stay here but I would definitely want a guarantee there are no fleas.

Wonderful place to stay in Savannah!
Located in the charming Victorian section of Savannah, this was a perfect place for my husband and I (and our dog) to stay while exploring the city. Just a short walk from beautiful Forsyth park and the free shuttle stop, it was a perfect location and a perfect size. Place was cute, clean and had a very nice private yard which was perfect for sitting outside for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of a day of sightseeing.

The Flavor of Savannah
Our stay in this period home was very comfortable. You wanted for nothing in terms of stocked kitchen, toiletries, bedding etc. They even had towels just for the dog. The property was very clean. We found it a good neighborhood for sight seeing. and convenience. One night we had a noisy neighbor but thankfully they were gone by the next day. We would definately return but would choose a more quiet season rather than spring break.
