Nice Hotel.Breakfast was good. We arrived off cruise ship early morning. Hotel did not have any roms ready until around 5:00 pm. We did ask several times. However, they did keep or luggage and let us ride their shuttle to old town. Hotel did add an hour onto the checkout from 11:00 to 12:00.

Everything was very good except for check-in. We did arrive early about 10 AM they still did not check us in until four even though we saw many other people being checked in ahead of us, but once we were checked in the room was comfortable but again the check-in was terrible

Room was clean. Did a last minute checking at the airport after our flight was cnx at 10pm. Cab to hotel was about $26 us for 4 adults. Room rate was reasonable. Hyatt had my reservation and showed payment about 30 minutes after we booked it at the airport. Outside patio area looked. Clean and inviting. Unfortunately we were just a quick stopover.

I truly enjoyed almost everything about my stay. The room was spotless, the staff was very friendly, and there were entertainment areas were perfect for spending time with your family and friends. It was also a great place to relax and unwind. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the breakfast options. Some items could use more seasoning and a few were a bit cold. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!
Great area to play with family and friends. Bonus points that they included board games!
