We really enjoyed our stay. I loved everything they had to offer. The room I initially booked wasn’t available due to renovations is what we were told so in return they offered complimentary breakfast buffet. I staff were great. I loved the area as we were in walking distance of a lot. We stayed from Thursday - Monday. The con I have is the lights going out frequently throughout the stay. Someone pulled the fire alarm, however the hotel did communicate with guest to keep us informed. Each night was enjoyable as they offered so many different things to do. I highly recommend and I will be back.

the rooms where bad condition, broken bathroom door, bathroom small and shower didn't work, no microwave in the rooms. The lobby was beautiful and the pool was good

The room was clean. Comfortable seating and the bed was excellent. The front lobby was very nice. We kept cool throughout our stay.

Staff there is very courteous and did a great service. Frances Adorno at the reception desk was so pleasant and accommodating. She made sure that we had what we asked for. She also advised us about the town and transportation services. Managers checked with us every day if we were comfortable and what services are available. Fairmont is a great place to stay with pools and beach. I will highly recommend this place

I did not see any information about the parking. Once we got there, we were surprised with a $30 dollars a day parking. I asked the lady at the front desk about the parking information and she could not answer me. She just told me that the hotel charges for parking.
