The thermostat didn’t work, we called the front desk 3 times before someone came to fix it and the same problem happened again the next day! At least two of the 4 elevators were not working on two separate days, leaving us no choice but to walk down 24 floors to catch our Uber. Restaurant food mediocre and overpriced

Room had a damaged bathroom door that wouldnt close and just overall was not in good condition. The front desk person was about as pleasant as a pit bull. Overall not up to standards of a Hilton.
