I loved the convenience of the airport shuffle, it’s a perfect stay for a business trip. Plenty of seating options in the lobby and ease to and from the airport. Downside was my fridge, lamps, and tv were connected to a power strip that seemed to have a shortage and when I called to get it looked at, they moved it from one plug to another (in the same outlet) but the TV still didn’t work. Thankfully I was only there for one night and didn’t NEED the tv.

It took around an hour to check at the hotel standing at the front desk because of some issues between Double Tree and Hotels.com. I never received an adequate explanation for the issue or a sincere apology from the hotel who just blamed Hotels.com, and I certainly never heard from Hotels.com. the room itself was fine and had no issues but the service was not what i would have expected from a Doubletree.

This place is fantastic! We were delayed and arrived very late but once we got the shuttle everything was great. It's all the little touches - fresh water bottles in the room. A proper handheld shower - like home. The bed was amazing with the perfect firmness and super comfortable pillows and quilt - wish i could stay here for a week. Thank you to all the hard working staff who obviously take pride in their jobs. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Primary issue was that I was in room 108 (first floor) and my window was right outside a walkway and missing a drape so I could not prevent others seeing directly into my room through the sheer curtain. This made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. Put up the missing drape. Gratuity added to absolutely every service in the hotel including the "free breakfast."

This room was good, with a nice view of the bay. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve slept in, it would have been hard to get up, except there were soccer fields next to the hotel and there were children screaming from about 7:00 am on!

Stay was ok except people had large dogs in room few doors down barking all night and morning. Called front desk multiple times and yet barking continued. Mentioned at check out again the next morning and front desk said that it was strange, that dogs were not allowed on the property and asked if we had called down,and just said, "sorry" afterwards.
