There was a strike going on that we weren’t notified of or else we would have chosen a different property. Constant noise outside that can be heard in the hotel from the strikers that go from 7 am- 10 pm every single day. You have to walk past all of them to get in and out of the hotel. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the noise, the restaurant had limited options and Starbucks was closed all because of staffing. I tried to get at least a partial refund as I did not get what I paid for and haven’t had success.

One of the most horrible stays we had. We came for a conference. Hotel didn’t let us know that there was a strike going on. And the strikers were LOUD. They screamed at the conference attendees, and the parties. I u dersyajd demanding fair wages, but there is a limit being nuisance to people who have nothing to do with it. Causing guest trouble , asking them to not check in was horrible

The property charged me $150 for something we didn’t buy. Try to reverse this charge is a nightmare I can’t seem to connect to the front desk to straighten out the situation. So I will need to disbute it with the credit card company. What a hassle. The hotel didn’t send the check out receipt by email either. They faild to notify us of the worker strike. Blow horns and yelling and shouting all day long. They barricaded the front doors so we couldn't go in or out of them. You would think this is a fire code violation. The protesters were allowed to harass us and other guests.

Except for the protestors out in front of the hotel, the checkin process was good. Did not like the protesters starting at 7 am. Could hear them from the room. The towels were scratchy and not soft at all. Starbucks downstairs was closed. I'm assuming because of the protestors.
