The rooms were laid out well! The staff was awesome and so nice! But sadly the hot tub didn't work, and wasn't hot - it was nice for a light soak. The pool was clean and well kept.

This use to be a nice hotel, but it has become worn and run down. The elevator floors need replacing, the walls need new paint, & the carpets need a good cleaning or replacing. Housekeeping needs to check the level of the shampoo and body wash. In our room, both were empty! It is convenient to the airport and restaurants. They offer airport shuttles. We probably will look elsewhere to stay the next time we are in SA.

Good hotel with excellent service
Hotel staff were great. The airport shuttle driver even offered to take me to the airport early so I would have plenty of time. One recommendation,as pets are allowed, would be to have a designated pet area outside for pet deposits.

-A/C would shake loudly most of the time -A/C air pumping out had a fairly strong musty smell when running -Very loud and high pitched extractor fan in the bathroom -Disappointed that this location did not offer daily housekeeping unless requested -Fridge temp set way too low so all my food got frozen and was too cold to eat. Food was wasted. -Staff was courteous and easy to deal with -Disappointed in the false advertising of the daily rate. Was quoted 80ish bucks a night online and when I got my itemized receipt, 4 out of the 8 nights were $18 more. -Love love love the property cats. Don’t get rid of them. They were one of the reasons I didn’t cut my stay short. Overall it was a fine stay but not sure I would choose this location again.

They really need to do renovations. The outside was not landscaped, the inside carpets are extremely stained and dirty. It needed to be vacuumed. Upon checking in the staff was abrupt and curt with us. If we were not tired, we would have canceled at that point. The elevator was dirty and then the floors in the hallways had liter and trash. Upon entrance into the room the AC was so loud we couldn't believe it. Again, too tired to deal.

Great, especially for the cost.
I love the location because it’s super close to the mall, Super close to the airport, which is important to me The staff is super friendly here, The hotel there is rooms that are renovated and also rooms that are not renovated. I have stayed here multiple times and I don’t mind either one of them. They are both fine for me.

The first day the my family arrived and went to our rooms the smell of weed smelled throughout the hall way. No free cable. Maybe a little more variety on the breakfast menu.
