The rooms were laid out well! The staff was awesome and so nice! But sadly the hot tub didn't work, and wasn't hot - it was nice for a light soak. The pool was clean and well kept.

When we booked our stay, we did not know the hotel was under renovations. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke, the key for our second room didn’t work, then in our third room, while an upgrade, was very dirty, random fixtures and a warped kitchen area. The staff, however, were amazing and friendly. They were trying their best.

Staff was friendly and helpful, property on the other hand. As you walk into the lobby floor to elevator dirty, elevators super hot and smelled. Our room was a other story it was humid in the room & its an indoor hotel, door looked like they had problems before looked liked they had to pry it open at one point, shower soap holder had built up old soap on the bottom. Other then that the room was clean.
