Overall this hotel was excellent. Room very nicely designed and I liked the eco touches ( such as the water bottle refill station near the elevators). Minor glitches: in room coffee machine was not working well ; I should have asked for another but didn’t do so. Hotel offered a 24/7 workout room but sadly 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of service the entire 3 nights I was there ( one not labeled out of service, but it wasn’t working). It would be great if this hotel offered a shuttle to the airport, and if there were a few more vegetarian friendly options particularly on the lunch and dinner menus!

Rooms are nice but we spent most of our time on the river walk. There's an elevator in the lobby that takes you down to the river walk level. As soon as you exit the door you are literally on the river walk and directly to the right you'll see a bar. Staff was very helpful and the valet was pretty fast. Lobby is very pretty and you can see a nice view of it from the upper floors.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time. Many hotels claim to be 5 star and charge 5 star rates, but don’t come close to meeting the Hyatt’s standards. Was well worth driving from Huston for a quick visit. The location on the Riverwalk was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Homeless community in front would approach us asking for cigarettes. But all else was great this property is beautiful the staff is friendly and helpful. This is such a great location, my family and I use this location every time we visit. We will return for another visit in the future.

When we booked the room it said there was a tub/shower combo. When we got to the room it was just a shower. The fridge in the room was very small. Pool was small. 50$ a night for parking is ridiculous.

This property was so convenient to shopping, Riverwalk and Alamo. Room and property was clean and bed was comfy. The quiet times are Perfect IF it was actually enforced, we checjed out a day early due to not sleeping the night because there were kids screaming & playing up & down halls .. other than lising a night we pd for due to that it was a great location for a stay.

The property was beautiful and the staff wonderful. The only draw back was everything was very expensive. For example, we were going to buy a bottle of wine from the hotel store, a medium quality wine, it was $54.
