I liked the room on the photos but the room I got in person was not as updated. I had a regular tube, which is fine but it got stopped up every time I showered. The faucet on the sink and shower were rusted. I had to shower in a puddle of water as stated before because the shower was clogged. I didn't complain because my stay was only for three nights and I cleaned the shower before hand (it looked interesting but again I had a dated version of the room/bathroom). I also had a random charge of 22 dollars. They make you pay a 150 deposit of course but the next day I had a bill in my door for 22 dollars that was coming out of the 150. I hadn't charged the room of any service or drank any of the 9 dollar FIGI water so I was confused. I was also told the FULL 150 would be coming back to me. No 22 dollar charge was ever mentioned at check in. When I asked about this of course I was being talked to like I couldn't read what the charges were when my original question was WHY am I being charged this and it was never mentioned. I didn't care to discuss any further because it 20 dollars but don't charge my room and not mention it. Lastly, this was a king bedroom suite. Maybe get the deluxe king bedroom suite it seems to be more updated (or ask for a updated room idk) On a good note, the room was spacious and quiet. The tv's were great quality (samsung) and you can connect your apps through your devices so that made it much easier than the normal having to log in into everything.

This stay was not just disappointing — it was unsafe. I paid for the top suite and walked into conditions that would concern any health inspector. There was hair in the sheets, a dead bug between the pillows, brown stains on bedding and lampshades, black dust coating the A/C vents, and two broken lamps. A random pill was behind the nightstand, and the dust buildup was so severe I could lift it in one piece. The room phone was unplugged, which caused me to miss a time-sensitive delivery and pay a fee — but more importantly, it meant I had no way to reach help in an emergency. That is a direct safety hazard. When I asked for management to see these issues firsthand, he refused to come to the room. Instead, he spoke over me, dismissed every concern, and offered only a late checkout and waived valet. No apology. No remediation. Nothing addressing the health, safety, or sanitation failures. This was supposed to be a relaxing girls’ staycation. Instead, it felt like paying luxury pricing for conditions I’d expect in an abandoned property. I left feeling upset, unheard, and genuinely concerned for the next guest.
