Wonderful. The coffee maker was not working in the room. Came down to the restaurant to ask for coffee, and other costumer got free cup of coffee but I got charge for it. It was charge to my room

I liked the hotel a lot. The breakfast was good but the dinner was surprisingly just mediocre. One item that bothered my room was so close to the three elevators that I could hear them all the time. Otherwise, a beautiful, and well-run hotel.

Upon entering the room we noticed poorly maintained furniture. The coffee table had numerous chips and the other furniture was tired. The bathroom was not restocked properly as there was very little toilet paper and barely any soap in the bottle. Staff was professional and friendly. We had a very nice dinner at the onsite restaurant. This is billed as a luxury hotel but we were disappointed. I wrote management about the room but did not receive a satisfactory response.

Not what i expected at this price point. Room while nice, bathtub had large spots of enamel flaking off and rust stains in corners, needed re-caulking. Screws backing out of shower control, dirt on exterior windows made viewing riverwalk less than optimal. Valet parking at check in time was challenging due to orientation of the drive and vehicles lined up into street. Staff nice, professional. Restaurant good food, limited menu.
