First time here, room was spotless. Second time, torn wallpaper and stains on the wall. Front desk assured me that they would assist Expedia in a refund as I checked out at 7am a day early... and then the hotel declined it. I hope they enjoy the extra money as I will be going back to Atlantis for my future visits.
