"Staff was amazing, we had to leave in the middle of the night for our flight and we asked for a to-go breakfast to have something on our stomach on the way and all team worked on getting this ready the night befire and also one staff emmber cae in the middle of the night opening the garage door for us (because the garage is very secure, would not have parked outside in this city). All hotel is wonderful thank you very much ! Terrace on the rooftop gives also a wonderful view, I recommend !!"

"We just stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights and had a wonderful visit! From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the outstanding front desk/lobby staff. They assisted with our parking to make our check-in seamless. They were also helpful in getting our two rooms close together which we appreciated very much. The bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Camila and Lucas for taking the time to help us locate a store with local handcrafts, and their assistance to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a perfect location and our rooms had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room/bathrooms were so comfortable and perfectly outfitted! All around a great visit!"

"Booked a room with an ocean view a week before arriving for two day visit - and it delivered with great views and perspective across the ocean and city - better than some in the city the guidebooks will say are 'spectacular'. Very clean, quiet away from the port bustle below and very comfortable with excellent shower facilities and complimentary coffees. Good service overall too. If you have mobility issues then stairs up and down would be only reason to not stay here. "
