This is one of the worst properties we ever booked through Expedia. The property and rooms were out dated, dirty, torn curtains, bathroom hair/ mold/ old yellow toilet seats, walls dirty and deteriorating, ac unit produced odd odor and the temp of the room almost felt humid or wet at times. We called the front desk about the odor and they stated someone may be smoking below the window. It was more than cigarette smell. They offered to spray our room and we declined because it was a bigger issue. We each slept with the sheet over our faces to get through the night. There were no other hotels avail in the area and we were far from home. This property needs a low rating and to be removed from Expedia. I’ve always found the reviews on this site to be helpful and lead me to many good properties to stay at. Quality Inn was far from quality. We woke up early and left the property as soon as we could. Didn’t utilize the shower and definitely skipped the breakfast. The lobby was smelly and other guests were smoking near the entry way. The elevator itself was old and dirty and we knew right away that this was not the place for us. We had very limited sleep and very upset with this experience especially after a very long drive.

I was surprised how clean and well taken care was the hotel. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the couple that was taken care of the breakfast were very sweet and very attentive. I will stay there again next year when I’m in town for business.

The room smelled like a litter box. It is a pet friendly hotel, so i shouldnt say i was surprised. Other than that, the stay was fine and the staff was very friendly.

Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants down the road. Highways are right around the road to get to the stadiums and downtown.

Pretty good stay
I checked-in with no problem and I used a discount site to get the room. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. they had a continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy and eggs.

The bathroom ruined it for me. It was tiny, there was no vent fan, and the toilet needed fixed after every flush. With no vent fan everything was wet after a shower. Even the floor and counter. And stayed wet. It was so gross and frustrating. The toilet didn't stop running so you had to lift the handle to put it back in place after every flush. If you forgot and thought it was a normal working toilet you'd return hours later to it still running....loudly. Bathroom 0/10. Everything else was ok.
