The area around the Falls and Grotto pools are absolutely beautiful! This area seems to be the busiest area but still wasn’t too crowded which made it very pleasant. We roomed near the Family pool and it was very clean and quiet which was nice and actually surprising. The Adult pool was a nice bonus for the evenings. They provide transportation for those who don’t want to trek hills to get to the smaller older pools as well! Staff was all kind and courteous. We received daily text ensuring our satisfaction. It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this place especially if you have children!

I enjoyed the variety of swimming pools on the property. The suite was good sized and nice for the price. However the parking situation was horrible. All parking in front of rooms is parallel parking. It is also first come first served so if there was no parking in front of your room you had to find one around the building and walk up steep hills. Also on day two the vanity in the bathroom area was infested with ants. I alerted the front desk but didn’t see that anything was done about the ant problem.

Great property with beautiful views, nice rooms, friendly and hard working staff and it’s in a good location. I love that they drive you around in golf carts and give you unlimited cold water bottles to beat the heat. I would definitely return here.

I stayed at Hilton for few times now. And eveyrtime I stayed here it was great. But the cleanliness of the unit it wasn't the same anymore. Plus I know the EVS always clean the room. I always take a note and tip to asked them either leave a extra towels. Or just vacuum the carpet. I dont asked for more. I will leave a extra towels. But they never vacuum the room. They onlu did for the 1 day that am about to leave. I dont like to complain or put anyone in trouble. Thank you.
