There were some bugs in the room and I didn't care for the layout where the room doors were open to the exterior with no security to prevent access from those not staying at the hotel. Room was dated in some areas. The bed was comfortable though and the room was spacious.

Started with the wrong foot, my wife came in a day later than me and the person at the reception desk said to give him her info so he can register her in so that while I was at my daughters soccer tournament I didn’t have to worry about it… well it was just like if we don’t discuss anything and I had not given him any info, then the next day no one bothered to clean the room, and lastly they locked us out of our room a couple of hours before checkout on our last day The buffet in the morning was super good.

Offering a free drink but only having one bartender to help the long lines was overwhelming. There was no shampoo in the dispenser in my room and my son was given a room with two small beds instead of a king bed which is what I reserved.
