Check in was great! But our room smelled like someone used the bathroom. The lights above the refrigerator couldnt be turned on because of blinking lights. Hair on the shower wall and floor was not clean. The ony soap available was the body wash. Bathroom smelled like sewer the entire stay. Balcony was dirty. Disappointed because we regularly stay here.

Everything was good or acceptable except the shower water pressure, which had the flow rate equivalent of someone pouring a glass of water over your head. Whatever the cause, pipe blockage, low flow shower head, etc., must be fixed. Room 352.
