The stay was very nice. The front desk and the bartender to the guy servicing rooms who took his time to help us with our TV remote. The only bad thing was breakfast. Had to wait for coffee and scrambled eggs. When the eggs finally came. They were ice cold.

Most outlets did not work in the room, the air conditioner barely worked. The room smelled extremely musty as well. The breakfast was almost non existent. There is no parking, and the lot they recommend is extremely expensive as I’m sure the hotel gets a cut.

This place is perfect for convention attendance. The walk there is short. The free breakfast is a real one: sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, and cream cheese, and several other options. The gym is small but adequate and maintained. The ground floor bar/lounge/lobby is an inviting place to unwind without the bustle of the larger hotels. Room was clean and well-appointed. Noise level was low to non-existent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Quiet and clean hotel just a few blocks from downtown Philly. Easy, walkable area to all places we wanted to visit! Staff was courteous and helpful. The staff working the breakfast were fast, efficient and kept the area clean.

Between uncomfortable bedding and thin walls, it was very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Housekeeping skipped my room entirely one day, and on two other days they made the baffling decision to get rid of the provided soap, body lotion, and shampoo that were in my shower. I had to go to the front desk and ask for replacements on multiple occasions. The breakfast was filling, but that's the best I can say about it; it was about high-school-cafeteria quality. Be warned that you're a 10-minute walk away from the nearest subway and trolley stops, which isn't a deal-breaker but can definitely feel inconvenient. Bottom line, don't stay here if you can avoid it. There are better options in better Center City locations that will at least feel more worth the price.

I arrived very late in the evening due to traffic accident. the night clerk was less than pleasant and acted as if he would rather be out with the club goers. it was noisy, the room had bugs. no onsite parking so the late night walk from the sketchy off-site parking past the clubs and loud groups of people hanging on corners and breaking bottles, was less than ideal. the gentleman that checked me out the next morning was very pleasant and helpful. he was the only good thing about my stay.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood surrounding it was not great. There was only one restaurant in the immediate vicinity, but I was able to get food delivered. Breakfast was included and had a good selection.
