Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Amenities
I had high hopes for my stay at Zenao Appart'hôtels Montreuil, especially considering its convenient location. However, my experience has been far from pleasant. Upon checking in, I requested extra towels from the staff, only to be bluntly told "no" by the receptionist. This kind of unaccommodating attitude is unacceptable, especially when staying at a hotel.
Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made my stay uncomfortable, particularly in warmer weather. This lack of basic amenities and poor customer service has overshadowed any potential positives.
For my fellow Americans and any travelers who value comfort and good customer service, I strongly recommend finding alternative accommodations. It's disappointing to see such a lack of hospitality and consideration for guests. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.
