"We booked our stay at Oxford Suites Chico through Hotels.com and were expecting a solid, comfortable visit—but CJ, the concierge, turned it into something unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, CJ made us feel like VIPs. I had called ahead for some essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, wine opener—you know, the survival kit), and not only did CJ have everything ready, he delivered it with such enthusiasm and wit that I wondered if he had a degree in guest happiness. CJ didn’t just meet expectations—he obliterated them. Whether it was anticipating our needs or greeting us with humor and warmth after a long day, he made us feel genuinely cared for. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the pillows were fluffier than a cloud, but it’s CJ who took this stay from a B+ to an A+++. Oxford Suites, take note: CJ deserves a Hall of Fame plaque or at least a cape! If you’re staying here, know the service is exceptional, and with CJ around, you’re in for a treat. Can’t wait to return!"

"This was my first time staying at Feather Falls, although I stay in Oroville a time or two each year. At the time of my trip their pricing was far better than the competition for a nicer hotel in town. The a lodge was beautiful, modern with a rustic feel to it. It was decorated very well for the holiday season making for a warm and welcoming entrance to the property. The staff at reception was kind, energetic, and very helpful! Got me checked in quickly and gave great directions to my room. The room was a nice size, very clean, and had a cozy feel. The bed was soft but not overly so, the pillows were smaller but supportive. All in all unless a better option opens in Oroville I don’t see myself staying anywhere else in town! "
