Hadrian on the concierge desk was exceptional and helped recommend and book a table at close by restaurant, and when we requested directions he kindly walked us to the restaurant and got us seated. Our luggage was delivered to our room seamlessly, by Erwin, polite and courteous throughout our stay Beautiful hotel and personal and professional service from all. We had twin room 114 with balcony, large room in comparison to others in Paris, Will definitely return again very soon. "

"We received an upgrade at check in. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but the view was of the building across a dark alley. Our reservation was for a street facing room. Other than this, the staff were great, the room was lovely, and the location was right in the middle of all the fun. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a bit of time in Paris.
