Check in was easy. I did not like being instantly bombarded with asking about going to listen to someone talk about a new property or whatever it was. The room was clean for the most part. There were stains on the very white bedspread. There was no coffee maker in the room and the beds were a little too firm. My elderly FIL did not like the bed. The shower was perfect for him though since it was a step in and the hotel put us on the first floor which was great for my FIal you can barely walk.

Overall great hotel. Easy property to walk around, easy check-in. Our rooms were nice and clean. The hallways were nice and quiet (shocker because there were so many kids lol). I only came across two minor issues… 1. The hotel elevator malfunctioned a few times, and the guests weren’t really fazed by it. It’s like they knew it was a common occurrence. It also took a while to go up and down. This doesn’t seem like a big deal until you have an emergency and you have to leave quickly… 2. Our A/C had a very faint humming sound. It’s not really bothersome at first, but when you’re at your room for a while, and that’s all you hear, it can drive you crazy. It sounded like there was a bee in our room at times. I didn’t go downstairs to complain because we only stood for a night, but it got annoying quickly! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely come back. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly. It was just those two things.

Info on site stated daily housekeeping but our room wasn’t serviced every day. Safe in room didn’t work. The lights/lamps didn’t always work. No pen/pad in room. Surprised since facility listed as a conference center. The positive things were the speedy check-in kiosk & free parking.

Love how it’s centrally located only downfall is if you’re not on the first floor you have to go all the way downstairs to heat up food. There’s no microwave on each floor.
