We loved our stay. We stayed for 2 nights in the Family Lake View Room. Guys! We could see the fireworks from Epcot from our room! We found the resort very clean. We enjoyed the Oasis pool.

Bed very comfortable, pool perfect temp, really nice hotel. But food and drink were outrageously expensive. Breakfast buffet was about $35. And a double gin and tonic for $20. Oh, and gratuity included, so watch for that.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and it was perfect from start to the end every single member of the staff was wonderful with us and super patient with my parents that have disabilities they were more than great. This hotel made my life easier for this vacation.

I was told the building does not have EV charging station. You can plugged it if you bring your charger cord. The other building has but cannot use it. If you have EV car, i wont recommend this property. Receptionist not helpful.

Good location, relatively close to all disney parks. Complimentary bus shuttle to the parks is very handy although timings sometimes do not work in and a large bus for very few passengers perhaps not the ideal size. Complimentary bottled water in the room very handy and a nice touch. Housekeeping service very good and cleanliness very high.

Definitely not worth the money. For the price I expected this place to be much much nicer. The pools were extremely dirty, and the staff was no help. Will not be back.

We just got back from Our vacation. First of all, the fees are so high that it's not explain right. Second Housekeeping was so bad that we didn't want to use it the rest of our vacation. Due to the housekeeper went thru our personnel belongings, and it was a nightmare not trusting any of the staff. all we got was I'm sorry. we bought out own toilet paper. We shouldn't have even been charge for housekeeping. staff or manger did nothing and why was our room the only one that was search thru. As a veteran I would not return to the hotel.

Staff checking in was very professional and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Two large pool areas with lazy rivers that are fun for kids and adults. Several dining options on property catering to casual and fine dining budgets. The landscaping on property is beautiful. Lots to do on the resort including mini golf, cornhole, and ping pong. Can even grill your own food on community grilling areas and relax around the fire pit. Great family getaway! Highly recommend.
