We loved the hotel. It was clean, room was spacious and food was great. My only issue was when we ordered room service and found a small cockroach on the table cloth. We contacted room service and was refunded for the meal.

I recommend that the hotel make a better link with the parks for transportation to and from the parks. The inconvenience is enough to stop me from staying there again. I did love the hotel itself.

One of the best in Orlando
We loved it ! All you can expect from a 5 stars property, and from a 5 stars personnel. Very clean and beautiful hotel, excellent service, kind agents, really nothing wrong to say about it. Excellent food, very nice amenities, all personnel were kind, absolutely ALL the persons at Waldorf Astoria were helpful, kind, and very professional. This is definitely a place we will consider in Orlando to come back again for a very pleasant time !
