We had a great time, everything you need is either on the property or close by. I didn't like that they try to get you to do a 90 minute presentation. Its a little tacky to offer it at all. And its disguised as a "parking validation". The rooms weren't very clean, but it was a good value for what we paid. There is mini golf, zipline, rec room, jet skis,paddle boats and canoes. We BBQ by the pool. Drinks were reasonable. Great for a family vacation

Great stay to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary. ONE disappointing moment...asked for a special service on their anniversary (flowers, chocolates, etc)...the Rec team was not very helpful. Here is what we do, AND you need to give us 48hrs notice. I was willing to pay a little more, but they held a hard line on the 48hrs. I took the $140 myself and went to Publix...which didn't cost $140 btw...and put something together myself.

My stay was amazing, we enjoyed the activities they had. Staff were very helpful. The resort is clean, the food could be better. They need to give more amenities when more than one person is staying especially when the resort charges per person. We definitely will be returning. Staff and guests were all very kind.

We loved the activities at the pool. There was an issue with the water and we couldnt drink it or brush our teeth with it. They forgot to tell us there was a water boil notice and we only found out because we saw a paper posted near the elevators. Apart from that the resort itself is very nice, lots to do.

Beautiful Resort with tons to do.
This is second time we have stayed at Summer Bay Resorts and we absolutely love it!! The property is beautiful and clean. There is PLENTY to do with the family and for all ages. The pools and facilities are very well kept, the staff is very friendly and the food/ drinks are tasty. We rented a 2bd room villa, it was well stocked. We can’t wait to come again.
