Pros: I loved the comfortable bed and pillows. They had an ice cream machine, and the two pools were fun. I also loved that there were 7-11, IHOP, Starbucks, Olive Garden, and Disney Shopping stores nearby. Cons: The hotel restaurant food was very salty, and the tacos were extremely spicy. The alcoholic drinks were watered down, and I didn't enjoy them unfortunately.

Honestly what the advertise in the pictures is nothing to what the hotel actually is. Horrible conditions. I don’t recommend it, only reason why I would even suggest it is how close it is to the parks and Disney springs. But besides that, the amount that we had to pay for it, does not equal what we got. The lobby looks super nice but the moment you walk to the rooms, they are horrible, they need a total update, you can hear everything, not water pressure in the shower. The A/C unit is super loud. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. A lot of hidden fees

The staff was excellent and the property well maintained. The in-room coffee maker was broken. If we’d had more time to spare we’d have brought it to their attention onsite. Otherwise, our stay was good.

We stayed here for a visit to Miami South Beach. Our stay was comfortable however the pool wasn't temperature controlled, therefore it was cold. THe access to beach was a great plus. Its location is spot on and they provide valet parking which was a plus coz parking on this stretch is a bit of work.

I gave the hotel a 3 stars only for due to them allowing us to check in early, the location and the pool. The room smelled of mold, the AC was not turned on before our arrival so the room was stuffy. The furniture is outdated, there are no usb plugs so plan ahead. Conveniently close to many restaurants and Disney Springs.
