This is luxury at its finest! The resort and all of its amenities are top flight. Yes, you pay for extras like parking and the gym, but the gym is top notch, with towels, bottled water, and EXCELLENT equipment, and they don’t charge a “resort fee”. For these type of accommodations, at these INCREDIBLE prices, I highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek!

Property was beautiful staff was friendly. All dining options were booked for a private event though. I wanted to take my sweetheart for a nice dinner at the resort steakhouse but was turned away! The had to go off site to Da. silvas steakhouse to eat. Plus the valet parking charge of 40.00 is very high! Overall due to these issues we checked out two days early and stayed elsewhere for the rest of our trip. The place, service and people were great but the food options and ambiance were very limited due to the conventions people and the restaurants all booked for the convention guests. A very expensive stay for a not so great experience.

What a beautiful property! Everyone was so nice That worked there. There’s an Italian restaurant if you take a right at the birdcage and there’s a bartender and his name is Brian. He is awesome. Don’t miss stopping by there to see him. He makes an excellent old-fashioned.!

The pools were amazing. We ate dinner in two of the restaurants and they were great!! Not as expensive as you would expect for the convenience. Same for room service as we ordered breakfast twice. The bar staff at the pool was great! The drinks are not cheap but I heard more complaints of too strong so they were giving you a good pour for your money. We golfed at their golf course and it was not as nice as the Disney course that we played. Would recommend this resort!

The property is massive with lits of amenities. Although the jacuzzis are real small and cant accommodate more than 10 ppl for a property this size. The rooms are dated and dusty and the ac doesnt work properly . The staff is very nice and friendly

ALL of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, helpful. loved the fast elevators. Room was spacious. Truly a quality resort. Reason for stay was the Faith and Freedom Conference. The food for the banquet was scrumptious, the luncheon was good, but watching the ninja wait staff was entertaining in itself. They scurried around, did their thing, never distracting, just efficient.
