Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted by a great staff, at the counter when checking in we were told that if we wanted a room with a view we would have to pay extra, we declined, we go see our room it isn’t what we expected it had a window pointing down to the lobby where we couldn’t even see the sky or sun it had no balcony so I told my husband we didn’t pay almost $600 for 2 nights just so we can stare at a lobby, on top of that have to pay for valet parking for $50 something per night or self parking which you still have to pay 32$ for it plus tax !, we went and ask to get another room with a balcony no matter the view the staff was so friendly and immediately switched our rooms, which we were thankful for, sometimes people have to speak up and stand up for themselves ! Other than that you do have to pay for the wifi per night unless you’re a member there which is crazy ! But okay, overall stay was good the pool was nice we never tried the food there, we usually always went out to eat, the great thing about this hotel that everything is so close to it, so we will be booking again just because of the convenient location.

Would’ve loved to have more clothing shopping options, more sitting areas by the pool considering the amount of rooms available seems there’s not enough. Night life alternatives either romantics, or dance areas. In pool bar also could be a great addition.

The hotel is amazing! Only concern is the automatic gratuities added for EVERYTHING! Go in a little shop picked out some snacks myself waited in line to pay and was still charged 18% gratuity. It is just very extreme. Everything else is simply amazing and we will definitely go back.
