The villa we stayed in, stood out the most very clean, nice location, except for the main road was a little busy to get to the resort great amenities the pool was fantastic. Several pools one close by and one upfront great and the people there fantastic helped us with anything and everything we needed. Text me all through the trip to make sure I had everything And if everything was going all right, great place will stay again.

Amazing property. Lighting needs to be on a dimmer. It’s soooo bright. Shower so high up on the wall it barely makes a difference when you’re 5’4 and under.

All Staff was great! Cottage was nice, but there were no charging ports which we are used to having in our hotels. The pool at the cottage was too cold to use, but the pools at the resort was awesome! They also allow guests to use the Embassy Suites pool which actually had lounge chairs in the water! The Salty Rim pool bar had a fellow playing guitar and singing, which was piped throughout the pool areas speakers. We loved it!

Check in was super easy and fast. All the staff were great and freindly. We had 1 cottage and 1 villa. Both had enough room for everyone. Cottage was elite with pool and hot tub. Super convenient to parks and restaurants. Public pools were wonderful and warm. Loved the staff that came to the pool with drinks. Provisions had great coffee options. My favorite was the iced caramel machiato. Came with my nephews who have never been to Florida and are already planning next years trip. Will definitely be visiting again.

Having and entire house was great! The most comfortable beds and pillows! However, whatever they washed the sheets in (assuming a lot of bleach) cause a fairly significant skin reaction for me, not saying this is the resorts fault. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The over all lobby area was clean and pleasant. The grounds were kept up nicely, I can see how hard the staff their works. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of room. The drinks at the pool were a little expensive. Over all a very good experience. We really enjoyed having the sunset walk with all the shops and restaurants and arcade. I wish the water park there wild have been open or that we would have been notified they weren’t going to be as that was park of the reason we picked this resort.
