Excellent place to stay. The place is beautiful, Staff fall all over you to please you. The place is gorgeous with outdoor pool with waterfall. Restaurants with different themes and budgets. We do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - dated rooms - exposed walkways from lifts to room - very bad for people with a fear of heights - $49 daily add-on charge by the hotel for insufficient reasons - expectation of (unnecessary) tips even for a pint of milk from the small Starbucks. Tipping culture is out of hand and quite extraordinary for European travellers. - in-hotel breakfast for two adults and a child after tips and state taxes: $100 (!). Quite unnecessarily expensive. Overall, take your budget and double it.

I give this hotel a five star. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were so clean and the whole entire hotel. Had this delicious smell to it the pool the food everything the only one complaint I do have is the marketplace store to get food at Was way overly priced even for a hotel but other than that, I would definitely stay there again

I liked the design of the gardens and pool area, the little beach, the fire pits at night, the restaurants. It is a very beautiful hotel.The people at the front desk were very friendly. I think the only thing the hotel has to improve is the quality of the towels. I would love to go back.
