No sundries available to purchase such as snacks, etc. Breakfast was not good and limited. Hot tub was not working at the time of our stay. Brought grandkids outside to pool a little after dark and no exterior lights.

This was the worst hotel that i have ever stayed at. It was dirty, horrible customer service. No hot water during my stay. I ended up leaving to go stay at a Marriott hotel. Ive requested a refund from Expedia but i have not heard back yet.
