My family loves Floridays especially the location. Near outlets malls and many restaurants. Our rooms are always nice, roomy and clean. The staff is always such a pleasure to deal with.

Both toilets in our suite were clogged and the front desk was super rude about the fact that they couldn’t be attended to. It was around midnight when they both stopped working, so as anyone can imagine it was awful. It made the last night of our 3 night stay so bad. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our stay was really nice - BUT - The pool was not heated and for November weather it felt ice cold. Please heat the pool moving forward. We are unsure if we will book again based entirely on the pool. Otherwise our stay was great.

The hotel was fine but definitely not as nice as we were anticipating. The pool “restaurant” isn’t really a restaurant at all it’s a window you order from. We really wanted to just be able to sit down and order food from a server. The room was spacious but dated and smelled pretty musty. Overall we would not stay here again and would not recommend it,

The kitchen sink water was coming out slow, making a knocking noise when you turned it on called and they came to fix, the balcony door was off track hard to open we always come and their is always a water issue or tv other than that great place

When I walked into our room there was an overwhelming smell of dampness which was covered up with room spray. The smell from the closet in the main bathroom was where the odour was emanating from. I have stayed at this resort 5 previous times and unfortunately this time was the most disappointing.
