I am normally a Airbnb person as I have a family of 6 but this was such a great stay! My kids loved every the pool and kid friendly pool area! Me and my husband enjoyed happy hour every day! The make your omelet station 10/10! As a frequent traveler to Orlando this hotel will definitely be a go too! Book it!

I liked the property, it was clean and nicely laid out. Hot breakfast and evening activities were a plus. Staff, for the most part, were helpful. However, some housekeeping staff didnt speak or understand English, which made it hard to communicate things we needed but wasn't a dealbreaker. Although we reserved and paid for a King sized bed, it was clearly a queen sized bed. The most disappointing part of the stay though was the $75 per night per room deposit they charge but dont mention anywhere on their site or when booking. So our 2 rooms 5 nights, I had a nearly $800 hold on my credit card, then they take the resort fee out of that when checking out.

We have stayed here a few times. Not sure if we will be going back this time. To start off, we booked a pool view room. When we checked in, they didnt have any, but did give us the same room with a balcony that faced the freeway. No big deal, and they did take off the resort fees to compensate which was nice. When we first got there, we notice the rug between the beds was wet (no big deal, someone before us probably spilt something). But after a good size thunderstorm came through we got back to the room and it was soaking wet! I walked over to the sliding door to the balcony and found that somewhere there must be a leak bacause the rug was oversaturated with water. No wonder the room smelt a little musty upon arrival! The rugs in the rooms were old and pulling up at all corners and the pull out sofa mattress about 3" thick and VERY uncomfortable. No bodywash in the shower and 1 tissue left in the tissue box. Breakfast was free, but cold sausage and no silverware! Oh, we cannot forget the fire alarm going off at breakfast because of someone in the kitchen setting it off.

Very outdated and needs alot of upgrades and repairs. The pool area was great for the kids but not sure about the cleanliness. Bathroom was too small could barely open the door and the AC was not cold would get very warm during the night. There’s so many food options inside the hotel but they close early and have a limited menu. Self parking was 25 dollars a night, expensive. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.

The customer service at this location was great everyone was extremely friendly. We decided to cut out a day early because the one night we did stay we were not very comfortable our neighbors were extremely loud and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable don't recommend even just to sit and relax on. Walking to our room it smelled like sewer.

Hotel needs updating.
while we did have a nice quick staycation it definitely could have been better. This hotel is in desperate need of an update, the pool tiles were very dirty, the pool deck had many loose tiles. the outdoor walkways need repair. Some of the fire buttons to press were totally rusted. Our room was never cleaned even after contacting the front desk to request it. I had to call again after 9 PM just to get some clean towels. Our AC would not shut off unless we did it manually. We set it up to 79 degrees and on Auto and low cool and it just blew super cold. Our room lock didn't work and the TV would not work. Both of these were fixed during our stay. Before we arrived, I ask if they had Gluten Free bread available for my wife. I was told yes but when we asked I was told they didn't. Happy Hour was nice, Luis was the bartender and he was great. 1 other issue was the traffic noise in our room was a problem.

great customer service. The breakfast area was infested by nats all over the food pretty gross. The room was clean and that a huge deal for me. The hotel is outdated compared to other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. Fine one night stay.

I rented a suite in the building directly across from the pool. What started as an exciting stay with my children ended up with me paying for a suite in which the ac unit was not working. We immediately notified the front desk of how warm the room was after we had checked in. They sent a maintenance person with a hand brush who attempted to clean the unit and asked us to be patient since the Florida temperatures were so extreme (I am from Florida). We left for dinner coming back to the room being just as warm and humid, extremely uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk asking for a different room at this time, the lady at the reception said she was going to check availability and will call me back. Ten minutes later I called to get an update, this time I got a “gentleman”. This person straight forward told me there was nothing they could do, there were no other rooms available, there was no maintenance worker on site anymore and I just had to wait until the following day. I asked if they could find me accommodations at a different hotel in the area. He wouldn’t even pretend to look, just said everything in the area was booked for the weekend. We went back to the room and barely got any sleep. The next day, I had to contact the front desk again to see if they could move us since we still had another night left. They moved us to a room in the main building for the last night. They offered a refund for one of the daily fees which they actually never gave me back.

Convenient location. Saw a roach whenever I was getting my omelet made, kind of messed up eating there for me from now on. I honestly probably won't stay here again. I'll spend another 100 and stay at the Hilton down the road.
