The beautiful modern kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, pendant lighting and seating at the breakfast bar. All the cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. In this open floor plan, step into the great room where you will find a lovely formal dining area. Enjoy lounging around after a long day at the Parks in the contemporary living room featuring a sofa and large wall mounted flat screen TV. Keep the whole family happy with the Free Wi-Fi.

Downstairs you will find the guest suite featuring a King size bed and flat screen TV. Step outside onto the patio to your very own private Splash Pool

Head upstairs to find 3 more Bedrooms. The Master bedroom en-suite features a Queen bedroom 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each share a bathroom upstairs and the laundry room is also located upstairs for your convenience.

• Optional Pool Heat $35+tax per day (minimum of 5 days), temperature is set 85°F and 89°F.
We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case)
This is optional and may not be available at times.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
