"The customer service was great. I showed up after hours and they had everything ready for me. My key card and room were waiting with no issues. Contactless check in worked out perfect. Room was clean and ac worked good too! I did not swim but pool area looked very temping. "

"Staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, the whole property is very nice. It would be perfect, except for the “heated” pool. I made sure by email the importance of the heated pool, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. It was freezing cold and when I asked the front desk about it they said they wouldn’t be allowed to rise up the temperature. The pillows are awful and I am in pain. There’s no one that keeps the shape. There’s a Powerade bottle under the nightstand that seems to be there for a while, I found a hair on a clean plate in the kitchenette, old water bottle in the fridge, furniture and lamps were dusty. AC is REALLY dirty, we were 3 people, all of us non allergic and still had our noses congested the whole night. Bathroom, beds, floors and kitchen were very clean. So, some attention to details could be improved for the price we paid. But in general, it’s the best staff we met in years."
