Friendly staff. We had a quick stay before a day of fishing at the inlet. My own opinion, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. Complimentary Coffee and snacks for purchase in the lobby. We will likely stay again.

We like the view by the water, staff always friendly and local bars a short walk away. We also hired a pair of bikes for free for an hour. It is only a short easy drive to Melbourne International Airport

Great venue and food. Property is very good but, must keep a close eye for pests. Woke up in the middle of the night and a small roach was near the clock, fortunately I was leaving the day after. Been at this hotel over 20 times and this is the first time I have encountered this.

It was very clean & quiet & close to the restaurants and bars and the music was great!! We had an issue with our one room. The air conditioner leaked water& they came up the next day & fixed it but then it was very stinky for the rest of our stay.

What can I say we were driving for at least 14 hours already and I was feeling tired. I got on Google and started looking for hotels and capt hiram popped up. It was amazing. The staff is amazing. The place is beautiful, it's clean. They have cute little restaurants out by the water with some beautiful views and whats amazing about it is that you can walk there from the resort . I highly recommend Capt Hiram's Resort.
