We loved our stay at the Stovall in. We were traveling with friends and going to Disneyland, San Diego, and LA. The hotel was located within an 8 min walk to Disney or offered a shuttle. The free breakfast was also a highlight every morning, many offerings such as pancakes, french toast, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, sausage, ham, yogurt, cereals, etc. Staff was beyond helpful and always smiling. There is a nice little shop that has quick snacks and beverages for purchase. Overall we would stay there again!

We were impressed with the breakfast chaos. The staff was friendly and handled hundreds of people all walking around tired and dazed. They kept it stovked, clean and constantly moving. The room was clean and suitable.

The service was great, breakfast was good, the room was fine. Close and easy to walk to Disneyland, but the parking was a mess! They charge per night and you aren't guaranteed a spot, once you get one don't move your car!

The AC made so much noise, and it was not cooling, also I took off my shoes and the carpet was just dirty, it stained my socks horribly. Also we were getting ready we did not get a knock on the door and the cleaning lady just opened the door without a notice.

We were put in a room next to the busiest storage room so it was very noisy all day and into the evening past 11pm. Breakfast was plentiful and varied each day and very crowded. The heaters in one of the hot tubs was broken so we had to wait for a spot in the working tub.

Overall, the staff was nice and they were helpful. The hotel is very convenient if going to the Disney parks. However, if looking for a clean hotel, I would not recommend this place. The first room we were placed in unfortunately had small, dark red spots on the mattress. We were not comfortable with this, so we asked if we could switch rooms. The staff was very nice and apologetic, and offered us a new room. The next room was fine, but there was leftover food in the fridge from whoever stayed in the room previously. The second day of staying there, we woke up to the sink filled with tiny black bugs that looked almost like ants but also had wings. When we researched it, it turned out to be drain flies. We contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance over. They poured something down the drain and said it would fix it. We left to the parks that day and then came back to even more drain flies, getting onto all of our personal belongings. It was disgusting. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. It was a mess. We had maintenance come again and they poured and sprayed something else. However, this was now our 3rd day staying here. It was really unfortunate and overall just did not feel like a clean place to be. We were pretty bummed because we have stayed here in the past and it seems like the facilities are just getting worse each time.
