When we checked in the floor we were on had construction going on and was really loud. We asked for late checkout - which was noon - and the next morning the door was opened by the staff at 9 am asking for housecleaning. The worst part was the dinner - the server was clearly overwhelmed and forgot 1/2 our order and threw our drinks at us. I wouldn’t stay here again

I stayed for a convention and the hotel was very clean and the staff were all super friendly! We had a concierge level room and there were several perks, including free breakast, access to the concierge lounge, free appetizers every day and an upgraded room. I will definitely stay here again!
