Staff is kind and efficient. They react instantly to your requests. We had 2 rooms on the same level, which was great, no need to take the elevator to communicate. The view of the sea from the balcony was superb, impossible to get enough of. There are 2 pools, one of which is reserved for adults, we can access to a small beach directly from the pool which is an infinity pool where you can see turtles swimming. Waikiki beach is a 2-minute walk away and is truly magnificent. We had the great pleasure of swimming with the turtles. The environment is pleasant, close to shops, restaurants and buses .... The parking can be taken for one or more days. Laundry is great .

The hotel and amenities were really nice. We also really enjoyed the infinity pool. The restaurants were nice, and the food was good, however, the dining times were stringent. Our room overall was nice and the view was incredible. The bathroom lacked counter space and the room had very little storage to unpack our belongings being that we were staying for a week. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping staff was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel is located right on a busy strip that reminded us of the Vegas strip but with a gorgeous beach and bars and restaurants backing onto the beach, there is nothing that you cannot get there literally nothing and although we have heard that Hawaii is expensive the options for dining and shopping were endless and you could do highend to the more economical choice all depends on what your looking for, this hotel had the most breathe taking infinity pool, the service by the pool was amazing and the food was great! They had great shops in the lobby where you could buy anything including a grocery store that also sells alcohol, our favorite was having a night cap at the Rum Fish restaurant to end the beautiful nights in Waikiki!

The property was great, everything was convenient. However, the resort fees and parking fees added up so quickly. It was outrageous. I wish this was more clear prior to booking. It was an additional $50 in resort fees and additional $50 for parking every night.

Well maintained property. Convenient location to shopping, eating and entertainment. Hotel amenities are top notch from the pools to the shops that compliment the experience, you don't really need to leave the premises for any of your needs and wants. Stayed with our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys, and we had the tunes of our lives! Staff is attentive, helpful and empathetic to your needs. Rooms are nice and updated and highly recommend the ocean view option.
