Clean room; Very accomodating staff - we came in late and they were so kind. They also offered a microwave as we had a baby with us and needed to warm her bottles. They were very warm and friendly especially since it was over the Christmas holiday. Tracy & Shadreka in the 700 Bistro restaurant were very considerate and went above & beyond - even got me fresh lemon slices and honey for a sore throat. I am so grateful for the care and attention to detail including fresh fruit-infused water at the front desk. And the housekeeping staff was always cleaning up the lobby! Plus Ms Brenda at the desk was super informative (helped me to find restaurants that were open Christmas Day plus other relevant info). Really good stay; thank you!

This places, cold and in terrible need of renovation. When you walk in the ambience is horrible. The lighting is extremely low and not done intentionally. There were invisible lights that were just out. The elevator is old and barely working. The furniture and rugs and fixtures are old and falling apart. The front desk staff was extremely rude, especially the male employee that we encountered. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Middle Eastern or Indian looking, and it should be on file who is working that day if you check our state dates. But he was extremely rude, shorts, and just outright mean and unprofessional. The best thing about this hotel was the handicap parking that was available to me close to the entry. But there definitely was no assistance with our bags or anything for that matter. Just very underwhelming and completely disappointing. This hotel does not live up to the Wyndham name. I will never stay here again nor recommend anyone.

The restaurant downstairs was a bit pricey and the breakfast wasn't great. The rooms are very old, our sink was clogged pretty much the whole time even after they put drano in. There was a crack on the ceiling that looks like there was either water damage or the roof is close to caving in. I'm not from this area but I definitely would not recommend staying here. The staff was all very kind and helpful.

The room was old, and part of the top wall was hanging. The front door was difficult to open, and the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. On a positive note, the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Must be there was not good at all the floor was so dirty my feet was black I had to wipe them off constantly ask them to get the housekeeper to mop the floor and it stayed like that until the time I checked out
