There was a hockey tournament. Kids playing in halls late at night, throwing ice at others doors. Parents in halls partying after midnight. Fireworks being let off in parking lot at 2:00 am. However, they did refund us our money.

Did not sleep well the whole night because it’s very noisy, our room #705 near elevator people that are passing through did not even care you could hear all the banging, the screaming and loud conversations. I have to put my EarPods plus cover my ears with pillow just to sleep and don’t hear the unnecessary noises outside. And when we arrived did not even use the room the floor is already nasty

Enjoyed my stay in a multiple beds room on the 7th floor. Hotel is clean and friendly staff. Great location close to Clifton hill and the falls. Many tourist attractions. Great breakfast other than the sausages/patties were dry and hard and pillows were very flat. Improve on those for a five *
