Loved that this hotel was very close to Niagara falls and in the heart off all the action.. shopping, dining, fun activities just walking distance. I was not impress with the hotel inself or the Waterpark.

Was amazing to have a water park commected to the hotel! Great for the kids in the morning before we went to clifton hill which was a quck 5 min walk.

Location was great. Hotel needs a little TLC. Some upgrades would be nice. The food court at the water park needs an upgrade on everything. Better food choices and lacks staff. Upon arrival I was a bit confused on where I needed to go. Maybe have someone by the entrance welcoming all guests and giving them guidance. An information booth may help as well. Otherwise my stay was ok.
