Not what we expected for the price
Unfortunately this property(at least the room that was assigned to us #231) was not at the level of a Sheraton(which we have stayed in the past both US and PR). The bathroom needs a lot of work. We were not able to use the sofa-bed because it was dirty. Positive feedback is the location to the Niagara Falls park, walking distance.

Sheraton took money from my credit card without
The worst hotel ever. Be careful. With then. They took my credit card and over charge my card and took like more than 10 days to fix the issue. Manager was so disrespectful and arrogant. And they don’t care about anything they just take my credit card and take the money like was free. They steal money from people .
