Location location location!!! This property is the best for epic views and access to attractions! Two things I’m not a fan of is high pressure upsell at check in with confusing fees and exchange rate adding to difficulty understanding what you were paying. And breakfast is a nice perk but it’s high volume buffet where food quality is mediocre.. and hard for those with mobility chairs. I would pay to eat elsewhere next trip. Staff were fantastic, hotel was great, views amazing and location location location!! ❤️❤️ I would definitely go back

I had to pay to upgrade my room because the view offered on the website was not the view i was given. I had to go back and forth between the hotel and Expedia to get refunded my upgrade fee. It took a few phone calls for Expedia to finally refund me. Great hotel and beautiful view but the more expensive rooms and not depicted properly on website

Me and my kids had the best stay here. Everybody was so nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Bruce at the front desk, was really helpful and did everything he could to fix a problem i was having checking in. My room was lovely. Amazing view. Clean. Spacious. This isn't my first stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and the staff are friendly. I used the pool during my stay and the water burned my eyes terribly, in fact all the members of my family had the same issue.

The on-site parking for $75 and $100 for valley is outrageous!!! Even at the Ritz they don’t charge this much! The hotel is good otherwise, but you have completely lost me over the parking charge.
