She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even prepare small gifts for my boy whose birthday was round the corner. The food was fantastic too! The hotel manager Gin personally came by to say hi and it was a nice touch. We loved the service attitude of all the staff and it certainly made the stay very memorable.
