The location is unreal. 1/2 a block from times square. Room is small, but that's NYC. Smelled like cigarettes everytime the a/c kicked in, but that's also probably just NYC. Loved the rain shower and the view! Wasn't blown away, but the room was more than good enough. Solid 7 or 8 out of 10.

We stayed here in August 2024 as a family of 4. Sadly we all ended up getting sick but the housecleaning staff (shoutout to Rose) was amazing and made sure we were fully stocked on everything even though we rarely left the room. One hotel elevator was not working for several days which did impact the time to get back in and out of our room - but it was eventually resolved. The lack of room service was disappointing (they offer a sack breakfast only). The hotel proximity to Time Square and Broadway was great (close but not too noisy). Overall the room was big enough to not feel cramped and the bathroom counter space was plenty to allow all four of us to spread out our things and not repack each day. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Loved the convenience of the hotel, it being central to Times Square. Great room, very clean, drinks machine and complimentary tea coffee and water. Great shower. Staff could have been more helpful. This was our first time in New York and it would have been good to have had payments explained to us and more advice on finding the room on arrival.
