Yes, we'll start with the room. Air conditioning was weird. It either blew too hard or waited to kick on after the room was way to humid. Bathroom was horrible wallpaper peeling bathtub didn't drain. Room service came into our room UNINVITED!!! We were evacuated from the nineteenth floor for no reason. You had four senior citizens that had to quickly run down to those stairs, and hardly even flinched when we told you about it. I still can't walk right. Ruined any more touring around the city. Way Too Expensive for what few amenities you offered.
