Room was clean. Staff were friendly. A major downside was that there was no working hot water in the room. Even after maintenance came to fix the hot water heater, the water was still cold. Several guests had the same issue. I'm supposed to be credited back some money, so we will see.

The bathtub was full of some else’s hair, the tv didn’t work and when we tried to call the front desk, we found out our phone didn’t work either. During the night, the air conditioning for the room went out. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. The front desk man who was there this morning when we left was also rude when I told him about our room. He said he’d have the manager contact me when he came in today at 3pm. The management is also failing because they never contacted me back or tried to rectify the situation.

Staff was polite, room was clean, kitchens were equipped. Breakfast had a variety of options and was fresh. Our only issues was that the room was really really hot and the thermostat did not allow for turning the temperature down or increasing the fan to cool the apartment. The whole family had to sleep without covers to try and rest.

Breakfast area was very small so it wasn’t worth it to stay. First room hadn’t been cleaned fully, second room had a cracked toilet which lead to it leaking on the bathroom floor.
